Yes, you are able to arrange this.   If you would like to arrange this for the lunchtime prior to your arrival, we will take delivery of this for you and unpack the shopping.

You are welcome to bring additional guests along provided this does not exceed the maximum occupancy of the cottage. Please note, for insurance purposes our cottages have very strict limitations on the maximum number of guests; failure to advise us correctly of your party size and make-up may result in cancellation of your booking and/or being asked to vacate the property.

We provide high speed internet, but have decided not to provide a landline in our cottages.

All of our cottage have parking for at least 2 cars.  If you are staying with us at Martinsthorpe, we can assist you with access to and from the dwelling if required..

If a log burner or fire is in the dwelling, then appropriate wood will be provided

Our detailed inventory, will be sent to you on receipt of the full balance payment and will list what is provided in the cottage.

We are unable to provide cots or high chairs.  We do accept children and infants, but remind you that the estate is a working farm.

All of our cottages are strictly no smoking, including any outside areas belonging to the cottage unless clearly designated as a smoking area.

We accept well behaved dogs, a maximum of 2 per cottage. We ask that these remain downstairs and are not allowed on the furniture.   You must advise at the point of booking and there is a small charge of £20 per dog per stay.

Yes, this is possible, however the minimum number of nights is usually 3. Please clarify your preferred number of nights at the point of booking.
