There are no additional costs other than those for extra services you have arranged with the owner in advance of your stay (if any).

There will be a welcome pack with local produce, tea and coffee supplied as well as a trug of garden vegetables or flowers, subject to availability .

Yes we can arrange this for you either at a local spa or at your cottage.

We can recommend local products and service suppliers to help enhance your holiday: from local pubs,  walks, bike rides to helicopter flights. Take a look at the things to do section of our website or contact us for some ideas.

Yes we would be happy to recommend a caterer to you.  Just call or email us with your preferred dates and requirements.

We ask that you respect the privacy of our long term rental guests and ourselves, as well as protecting the farm and its animals, by not straying from the public footpaths on the Estate.

Should you choose to leave your dog in the cottage, we ask that you use a crate.

We  accept dogs only.

Yes we do, however we do have a strict policy with noise and would ask that this is respected. We reserve the right to terminate the booking if this is ignored or we receive complaints.

You should ensure that the cottage is left in the same condition as your arrival. This includes disposing of any rubbish correctly and according to any instructions provided at the property. You do not need to strip the beds for any of our cottages.
